UNASHINDWA KUDOWNLODI AUDIO? (CAN'T DOWNLOAD AUDIO?)

Kama unashindwa kudownlodi audio kwenye tovuti yetu, kupitia simu au  kompyuta yako fanya yafuatayo; (If you can't download audio from our website try the following;)

1) Tumia browser nyingine tofauti na Chrome (Use other browser instead of Chrome)

2) Lakini, ukibofya batani ya kudownload na ukaona kuna box imetokea yenye akaunti za google (gmail) zaidi ya moja; hii inamaanisha simu au kompyuta yako imesajiliwa au umesign in kwa akaunti za google zaidi ya moja. Kwa hatua hiyo bofya neno 'CANCEL'

(But, if you see new dialog box appears with several Gmail accounts, after clicking that download button; means your phone or computer has registered or signed in with more than one gmail accounts. If that so, Click 'CANCEL')

3) Baada ya kubofya neno 'CANCEL' box hiyo yenye akaunti ya google (gmail) itapotea, kisha SHIKILIA batani ya kudownlodi (hold) baadae utaona box mpya yenye machaguo mengi. Ili kudownlodi audio hiyo unatakiwa ubofye neno 'Download link' au 'Save as' au 'Target as' hatimae audio hiyo itaanza kudownlodi na kuhifadhiwa kwenye simu au kompyuta yako.

(Next, Click the word 'CANCEL', that Dialog box will disappear. HOLD download button then you'll see the new dialog box with various options appears, To download that audio click 'Download link' au 'Save as' au 'Target as' finally you'll see download progress and your audio will be saved to your computer or phone.)
