
“Mwema” is a swahili phrase, in a Gospel context means “Good,” “Kind,” “Faithful,” or “Gracious.”
It is often used to describe God’s character in worship songs and preaching.

“Bwana ni mwema” → “The Lord is good.”
“U mwema kwangu” → “You are kind/good to me.”
